2. Custom Orders & Services

Project Estimates

Quotes and estimates are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on materials, condition of the piece, or changes requested after the estimate is provided.

Custom Work

Custom refinishing, restoration, and design work are crafted uniquely for each client. Because these pieces are made to order:

• All custom orders are non-refundable

• Color variations may occur due to lighting, wood grain, or natural material differences

• Whitebell Furniture Design is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues unless previously agreed upon

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, including measurements, photos, and delivery instructions, to ensure proper project planning and execution.

3. Payments

We accept payment via the approved methods listed on our site or invoices.
For custom work:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your project

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion or before delivery

• Work will not begin until the deposit is received

All payments are final on custom orders.

4. Production Time & Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Weather conditions (for certain finishes)

• Material availability

• Unforeseen repairs discovered during refinishing

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping and delivery are arranged through trusted carriers. Please note:

• Shipping costs vary based on location

• Whitebell Furniture Design is not responsible for carrier delays or damages once an item leaves our studio

For local pickups, clients are responsible for transporting the piece safely once it leaves our studio.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our work is highly customized and made to order:

• All sales for custom orders are final

• Deposits are non-refundable once the project begins

• Cancellations after materials or supplies are purchased will incur charges

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Website Content & Accuracy

We strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. However:

• Errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur

• We reserve the right to correct or update information without prior notice
